This "minor" - but actually fairly major - update makes several important changes.

+ Every normal level now has one checkpoint. You can restart from the checkpoint an unlimited number of times, but it won't save your medal progress in that stage. Any time or heart deficits will be carried over after respawning.

+ Smoother camera and plenty of bugfixes!

+ All enemies now have a chance to drop health or ammo pickups when defeated. 

+ The boat stage's control scheme has been reworked entirely. It now controls like a more traditional top-down format.
